About the project
Boutique residential complexin the historic center of Ufa
The residential complex occupies a prominent site in the historic heart of Ufa, on a compact plot surrounded by architectural landmarks and adjacent to the State Assembly building. Its location has strongly influenced the architectural expression of the project: a contemporary design enriched with neoclassical elements and finished in light-colored fiber-reinforced concrete that evokes the appearance of travertine.

Architectural concept
The development consists of two mid-rise residential buildings set on a shared podium accommodating retail and public functions, with a two-level underground parking garage. The site is highly constrained, with the building footprint extending to the plot boundaries.
A landscaped podium roof creates a private courtyard for residents, elevated above street level. The podium’s east and west façades define the street frontage, while arcaded galleries along its longer sides reference the historic character of traditional shopping arcades.
About the project
The development follows a boutique residential concept, offering a limited number of residences, generous ceiling heights, private terraces, and penthouse fireplaces. Residents benefit from an expansive lobby, a fitness center with a swimming pool, dedicated service elevators, and separate staff entrances. The upper-floor terraces provide panoramic views of Ufa’s historic center and the Belaya River.
