Residential complex with a podium and above-ground and underground parking
The residential complex is designed on an elongated site at the entrance to Krasnogorsk from Moscow via Volokolamskoye Highway, with one side extending along the Moskva River waterfront. Its prominent location makes it an important urban landmark, visible both from the highway and from the opposite riverbank, including the Crocus City area. The complex serves as a symbolic gateway to Krasnogorsk for those entering the city from Moscow.

About the project
The composition of four residential towers set on a shared podium creates a dynamic silhouette when viewed from Volokolamskoye Highway and a more restrained one when viewed from the river. The waterfront location is one of the project’s key advantages. The buildings are positioned to meet insolation requirements while providing every apartment with views of the river.
Architectural concept
The wide pedestrian waterfront promenade along the riverbank will be freely accessible to the public. The podium accommodates retail and public spaces, as well as cafés opening directly onto the waterfront. The façades are clad in dark silver metal panels with a reflective finish, designed to capture and enhance reflections from the water and sky.
